Give your tax practice AI workers for intake, website and follow-up—run by you, kept in your hands

Tax preparation rarely breaks down on judgment. It breaks down on handoffs: a document packet that arrives complete but never gets marked complete, a preparer waiting on a missing form nobody chased, a review that starts late because readiness was never confirmed. In a hands-on Zati workshop, you build the workers that close those gaps—website work, a voice intake agent and an organized set of AI workers—then learn to run and improve them yourself.

Your free audit, redesign preview and demo

Your first conversation with David is free, with no purchase obligation. You receive:

  • an audit of your website's SEO, AEO and GEO
  • a preview of how a redesign could look
  • a demo of what we could build for a tax practice

Bring your website and the workflow that keeps slipping. We look at where inquiries get stuck, how intake calls reach you and which jobs would genuinely benefit from an AI worker. You keep the audit report and redesign preview whether or not you book a workshop.

What we build with you

A website clients can find and understand

We work through technical SEO, service pages, the mobile experience and the contact path for prospects researching a preparer or CPA firm. AEO and GEO work makes your business information clearer and easier for answer engines to interpret. We redesign the agreed pages with you and show you how to update them, so the next improvement does not have to become another development project.

An xAI voice agent for intake calls

We set up a voice agent around your business information, the questions callers actually ask, and the details you need captured: name, contact, tax year, entity type, document status. You work through the call flow and test what happens when the agent needs a person. Any booking, quotation, transfer or connected-tool action is agreed with you before it goes in. Your practice decides what can be handled automatically—and what must be confirmed by staff. The agent gathers and routes; it does not give tax advice or make filing decisions.

An AI-worker organization with named roles

Workers get useful jobs, clear instructions, context and handoffs, using Zati, Muse or GrokBot where the selected platform suits the work. A first team might include:

  • an intake coordinator that logs a new engagement and indexes what was sent
  • a document-chase worker that drafts a follow-up list for missing items and prepares it for your review
  • a readiness reviewer that assembles a checklist of outstanding prerequisites with source references, and flags the items that need a professional answer

We also create workers to maintain SEO, AEO and GEO—reviewing pages, identifying gaps, suggesting updates and preparing changes for your approval.

The skills to keep it working

You do the work alongside David. You practice changing information, reviewing a worker's output, spotting a mistake and making the next improvement yourself. You finish as the person operating the agreed setup and explaining how to maintain it. You keep your accounts, the operating guidance and a practical routine for checking the work.

One prospective workflow: intake readiness handoff

A worked example we can map on the call: when a household packet comes in complete, a readiness worker produces a checklist of outstanding prerequisites; a drafting worker turns that into a handoff packet naming the next responsible person per open item; a reviewing worker returns a verification result plus the questions that need a professional answer. You decide whether the return is ready for signature. This is a design we scope together—not a claim of an existing integration.

Choose the workshop depth that fits

Practice asking workers for tasks, reviewing their work and improving instructions through conversation.

Every package has a written scope and quote, agreed on the call.

  • 2 hours — one agreed improvement or one worker, with hands-on practice and clear next steps
  • 4 hours — one focused workflow plus its maintenance routine
  • 8 hours — a broader setup across agreed website, voice or worker tasks
  • 16 hours — several agreed parts of the business connected and practised
  • 32 hours — a deeper multi-workflow programme with an operating playbook

Hosting and running costs

Free website hosting is optional and available—we help set it up and show you how to manage it, or you keep a suitable existing host. Domain renewals, phone and AI usage, and any paid software remain separate costs. We identify them before the workshop.

Questions before you begin

Where does this fit with our tax software? Bring your current practice-management and document systems. We identify what the setup needs as inputs and outputs, and what stays in your own tools. Connected access depends on supported capabilities and permission to use taxpayer information involved.

How much judgment can be handed over? Less than most people expect, and that is the point. Tax treatment, conflicting records, readiness to sign and any filing or external record change stay with authorized professionals and your existing systems.

Can you guarantee rankings or AI citations? No. We improve the agreed pages and create a maintenance process; search and answer engines determine their own results.
